I co-founded Selekt.in, delivering ML and deep-learning solutions to enterprises and government organizations across APAC and the Middle East, scaling it to a 40-person team. I later productized those capabilities as ChatGen.ai, a conversational AI SaaS used by 300+ SMEs.
Across 40+ global enterprises, I've guided organizations end-to-end, from strategy and architecture through deployment and optimization, operationalizing AI to deliver real ROI.
Currently, I lead AI Applications and Search at eGain, partnering with a team of PMs and engineers to drive production adoption of AI across Fortune 500 enterprises in the US and Europe. The thesis I evangelize: knowledge is the harness for AI applications. Durable, governed enterprise knowledge turns AI from demos into dependable, adopted systems in production.
